Glittering Gold Eye Tutorial

Since I recently did a silver eye tutorial, I thought I would do a pretty gold eye tutorial as well. Here's a step by step tutorial for you guys, with many many pictures. Remember to start with an eye primer!

Step 1: Take a dark brown eyeshadow on an angled brush and cut the crease. Then blend it a bit to soften the harsh lines.

Step 2: Take a green eyeliner and put it along the lower lash line and follow it up along the edge of the dark brown shadow.

Step 3: Apply white eyeshadow to the brow bone for a highlight.

Step 4: Work a gold cream liner all over the lid.

Step 5: Apply a sparkly gold eye top coat over the gold liner.

Step 6: Take a black liquid liner and line the upper lash line, winging the liner out. You can also apply a black liner to the water line if you choose.

Step 7: Apply black mascara to the top and bottom lashes. I also applied concealer under the eye to clean up the look a bit and help the eye "pop."

And voila! Finished! All the eyeshadows I used were in my Sephora Color Daze Blockbuster makeup palette, the liner is Sephora Collection Long Lasting Eyeliner in black, and Sephora Collection Full Action Extreme Effects Mascara also in black.
